Teri Mangiaratti is the owner and director of In Sync Center of the Arts and the proud mother of two young boys! Teri is a member of the Greater Brockton Dance Teachers Association. For the past 17 years, Teri has incorporated her BA in Child Psychology and Dance to create an environment rich with growth. As a mom, she knows that the decisions you make for your children are very important and is honored to be a part of your family’s life. She is committed to providing your children with quality arts education, positive role models, and lots of fun!


Maggie Crowley holds a BFA in dance and a BA in political communications from Emerson College. She has danced with numerous Boston choreographers and companies including Kelly Donavon, Tanja London, Big Moves, Perceptions Dance Company and Boston Dance Company. Her choreography has been featured at many Boston studios and companies. She received her early training in Vagonava technique at Valley Ballet in Collinsville, Connecticut, where she was coached by Cheryl Madeaux of Joffrey Ballet. Miss Maggie has completed the American Ballet Theater certification program. Maggie has been teaching at In Sync for the past 7 years and is the director of our ballet program and the creator of our annual ballet performances.


Suzie Rogerson Allard received her early dance training at In Sync and you may remember her from the Weymouth HS graduating class of 2005. Suzie went on to graduate from Jacksonville University in 2009 with a BFA in Dance Performance, where she was the recipient of the College of Fine Arts Dean’s Award for Excellence in Dance Performance as well as Excellence in Dance Choreography. She has performed in works by choreographers such as Jennifer Muller, Kiara Ely, Christina Teague-Mann and Twyla Tharp, as well as assisting choreographer Christian Von Howard in his original work “The Calling”. Her theatrical stage credits include “Lysistrata: A Woman’s Translation” and “Two Gentlemen of Verona”. Suzie has extended her dance education to include ballroom and has been dancing and teaching at the competitive level in Florida since her college graduation. She also recently received her Full Bronze 10 Dance certificate in Ballroom dance. Suzie is excited to be back teaching at In Sync!


Amy Stanton has been dancing for 27 years.  She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Lasell College in May of 2002 and is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as an Audiology Assistant.  Miss Amy has coached various dance and cheerleading teams on the South Shore.   When teaching she integrates high energy and creativity as well as a positive environment for all students.   Miss Amy is certified in Zumba & ZumbAtomic and is the co-owner of J&A Dance Fitness Studio.  She currently lives in Weymouth with her husband Mark and two children, Meghan and Kiley.  Miss Amy has been teaching preschool classes at InSync for three years and looking forward to teaching again this fall!


Dana Baggs is an inspired dancer who has been dancing for well over 23 years. She earned her B.A in Dance Education from Bridgewater State College in 2007. While at BSC,

Dana performed with the BSC Dance Ensemble at the American College Dance Festival, and had the opportunity to choreograph for the BSC Dance Company. She has performed in regionals and nationals all over the U.S., winning many awards throughout her years of dancing. Dana graduated from the Greater Boston Dance Education program. Dana has been teaching for the past 10 years. She is part of the alumni at In Sync Dance Company, as she danced here during her high school years. Dana is excited to be a part of the In Sync Staff and thankful to be able to teach her love for dance to children!


Julie Sullivan has been at In Sync since the very beginning! Julie’s role at In Sync has changed throughout the years moving from part time teacher, to full time teacher, office manager, weekend manager, back to part time teacher, and now returning as our full time preschool program director and teacher! We are very happy to have Julie return to us again! Julie has also graduated though the Boston Dance Teachers Club teacher certification as well as being certified to teach children’s yoga. Julie is also the proud owner of Petit Papillon Yoga for Children. She will be adding to her contribution to In Sync by offering her very special yoga classes as well! Welcome back to the family, again, Miss Julie!


Kerri Grippi has been teaching at In Sync for the past 2 years and is excited to be returning to In Sync again this year! If you have attended any of our summer princess programs, you have had the pleasure of meeting Miss Kerri! Kerri lives in Quincy with her husband and two daughters. In addition to being a fantastic mom, she brings her nurturing and fun outlook to her dance classes. Miss Kerri loved dancing as a child and loves being able to share that with our preschool dancers!


Israel Coultier, known as Izzy around the studio, graduated in May of 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management while concentrating in Accounting, and a Minor in Communications.  He has been playing the drums since he was three years old, and has been operating his DJ business for 9yrs.  Izzy is beginning his 4th year as an In Sync Hip-Hop instructor. Izzy began our Boys Only Hip Hop program and continues to inspire those boys today. You may also know Izzy from his famous Star Wars camps and parties! Izzy has brought a wonderful energy to his hip hop classes and our students love him!


Amy Veno Enos has been a dancer for twenty two years competing with a dance troop locally and in New York. A full time preschool director, Amy has an associates degree in early childhood education. Amy integrates her love of children into every class she teaches. Amy has been teaching classes at In Sync for the past 8 years. Amy is the founding teacher of our Me Too dance program for special needs and is happy to be running that program and making a difference in so many lives! In addition to all of this…Miss Amy is a new mom! Congratulations to Miss Amy and her new little bundle of love, Claire!


Julie Vaulding grew up dancing at In Sync, and has been part of our teaching staff for the past 11 years! Julie’s energy and love of dance come through in everything she does. Julie graduated from Massachusettes College of Pharmacy and is currently working as a full time radiation technologist. On Saturdays, she continues to inspire our young preschool students in our Minimoves classes! Miss Julie brings a wonderful sense of humor and love to her classes and she is looking forward to another great year with In Sync!


Courtney Hanson has been dancing for twelve years, and is very excited to be a part of the In Sync Staff! She spent nine years with us here, starting with recreational classes and later as part of the competitive team. She has also danced with the Weymouth High School dance team, and was active in the Curry College dance program, where she recently graduated from the Nursing program! Courtney has taught dance classes with us for many years, and loves sharing her love of dance with her students!


Mary Quigg has been dancing with In Sync for over 10 years! Miss Mary graduated from Weymouth High School in 2011 and was the captain of her Weymouth High School Dance Team. You may also remember Miss Mary from her lead role as Cinderella in the In Sync ballet performance of Cinderella! Mary spent many years cometiting with the In Sync dance company and has been a class assistant for the past 5 years! We are so very happy to have Mary back again this year to share her love of dance with our students! Mary is very excited to be on the other side of the classroom so she can continue to be an inspiration to her students!


Sheila Varela holds a B.A. in Communications/Theater Arts from Suffolk University. She has studied dance, movement and acting for over twenty years. She spent several years on the dance staff of the former Let¹s Dance Studios in Quincy and Weymouth and has performed and assisted with choreography/movement for many Boston area theaters including Centastage, Threshold Theatre, The Nora Theatre, Raven Theatrical and The New Theatre. She currently lives in Milton with her husband Julio and two children, Grace and Miguel. Miss Sheila has been teaching at In Sync for the past 7 years and is looking forward to another great year with In Sync!


Liam Fitzpatrick began his dance career at In Sync and is thrilled to give back to the studio that started it all! Liam graduated Quincy High School with a concentration in Broadcast Technology in 2012. You may also remember him in his roles in our yearly ballet shows as the Prince in Cinderella and Snow White, as well as Grandpa Joe in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Liam also competed with In Sync’s competition team his senior year. He currently furthers his dance education at several studios in the Boston area. Liam is excited to share his love of dance with our students and looks forward to a great year!


Stephanie Vaughn has been dancing for over 18 years and will be starting her 10th season with In Sync this fall. She graduated from Stonehill College in 2011 with a BA in Psychology with a focus on elementary education. As a teacher who believes in lifelong learning, Stephanie enjoys learning just as much from her students each year as they learn from her. She truly believes that dance has the power to change people’s lives and hopes to ignite that passion in her students.


Kendall McDermott is the newest member of the staff at In Sync and is excited to be a part of the 2013-2014 dance year with us! Miss Kendall has been dancing for over 15 years, and has been teaching a variety of classes for the past 7 years! Kendall loves sharing her passion for dance with her students, and always creates a high energy, positive and creative environment within her hip hop classes! Kendall has been a pediatric nurse for 5 years, and works in a pediatric facility locally as a registered nurse. She is also enrolled at Curry College where she hopes to complete her lifelong dream of becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner.
