Teri Mangiaratti

Teri is the owner and director of In Sync Center of the Arts and the proud mother of two young boys! Teri is a member of the Universal Dance Association, Greater Brockton Dance Teachers Association, Professional Dance Teachers Association, USA Gymnastics and the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors. Formerly, Miss Teri held teaching positions with Harvard University, Curry College, Weymouth High School, Kinderdance, Universal Dance Association, and local dance and gymnastics facilities. For the past 15 years, Miss Teri has combined her B.S. in Child Psychology and Dance, and has created an environment rich with growth. As a mom, she knows that the decisions you make for your children are very important. She is commited to providing your family with quality dance education, positive role models, and lots of fun!
Maggie Crowley

Maggie holds a BFA in dance and a BA in political communication from Emerson College. She has danced with numerous Boston dance choreographers and companies, including Kelly Donavon, Tanja London, Big Moves, Perceptions Dance Company, and Boston Dance Company. Her choreography has been featured at the Dance Complex, First Thursdays in Jamaica Plain, the Boston Children’s Dance Festival, the Riverside Dance Festival, and Dances in Black and White at the Schubert Theatre. Maggie has worked as a guest teacher at United South End Settlement House, Dance Across the City, and the Braintree Academy of Dance. She also teaches at Musica lArts Academy and the Ballet Space. She received her early training in Vagonava technique at Valley Ballet in Collinsville, Connecticut, where she was coached by Cheryl Madeaux of Joffrey Ballet. Maggie has been teaching at In Sync for the past 6 years and is the director of our ballet program.
Kerry Anne Malouf
Amy Stanton
- Amy has been dancing for 27 years. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Lasell College in May of 2002 and is licensed by the state of Massachusetts as an Audiology Assistant. Miss Amy has coached various dance and cheerleading teams on the South Shore. When teaching she integrates high energy and creativity as well as a positive environment for all students. Miss Amy is certified in Zumba & ZumbAtomic and is the co-owner of J&A Dance Fitness Studio. She currently lives in Weymouth with her husband Mark and two children, Meghan and Kiley. Miss Amy has been assisting preschool classes at InSync for two years and looking forward to teaching again this fall!
Dana Baggs
- Dana is an inspired dancer who has been dancing for well over 23 years. She earned her B.A in Dance Education from Bridgewater State College in 2007. While at BSC, Dana performed with the BSC Dance Ensemble at the American College Dance Festival, and had the opportunity to choreograph two performances for the BSC Dance Company. She has performed in regionals and nationals all over the U.S., winning many awards throughout her years of dancing. In July 2002, Dana graduated from the Greater Boston Dance Education program. Dana has been teaching for the past 9 years. She is part of the alumni at In Sync Dance Company, as she danced here during her high school years. Dana is excited to be a part of the In Sync Staff and thankful to be able to teach her love for dance to children!
Kerri Grippi
Izzy Coulter
- Israel, also known as Izzy around the studio, graduated in May of 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management while concentrating in Accounting, and a Minor in Communications. He has been playing the drums since he was three years old, and has been operating his DJ business for 9yrs. Izzy is our Hip-Hop instructor – also made famous by his Star Wars camps and parties! Izzy has brought a wonderful energy to his hip hop classes and our students love him!
Amy Veno

Amy has been a dancer for twenty two years competing with a dance troop locally and in New York. Formerly a full time preschool teacher, Amy has an associates degree in early childhood education. She has taught various types of dance for all age groups at her local YMCA. Amy integrates her love of children into every class she teaches. Amy is the founding teacher of our Me Too dance program for special needs and this is her 7th year with us!
Julie Vaulding

Julie grew up dancing at In Sync, and has been part of our teaching staff for the past 10 years! Julie’s energy and love of dance come through in everything she does. She is inspiring and great role model for our young students. Miss Julie brings a wonderful sense of humor and love to her classes and she is looking forward to another great year with In Sync!
Courtney Hanson
- Miss Courtney has been dancing for twelve years, and is very excited to be joining the In Sync Staff! She spent nine years with us here, starting with recreational classes and later as part of the competitive team. She has also danced with the Weymouth High School dance team, and is active in the Curry College dance program, where she is also studying Nursing. Courtney has assisted dance classes with us for three years, and loves her new role as teacher in the classroom! She aims to bring fun and laughter, and a love of learning to each class!
Stephanie Vaughn
Suzie Rogerson
- We are very happy to announce Suzie Rogerson’s return to the In Sync Staff! Suzie Rogerson Allard received her early dance training at In Sync and you may remember her from the Weymouth HS graduating class of 2005. Suzie went on to graduate from Jacksonville University in 2009 with a BFA in Dance Performance, where she was the recipient of the College of Fine Arts Dean’s Award for Excellence in Dance Performance as well as Excellence in Dance Choreography. She has performed in works by choreographers such as Jennifer Muller, Kiara Ely, Christina Teague-Mann and Twyla Tharp, as well as assisting choreographer Christian Von Howard in his original work “The Calling”. Her theatrical stage credits include “Lysistrata: A Woman’s Translation” and “Two Gentlemen of Verona”. Suzie has extended her dance education to include ballroom and has been dancing and teaching at the competitive level in Florida since her college graduation. She also recently received her Full Bronze 10 Dance certificate in Ballroom dance. Suzie is excited to be returning to her hometown and to In Sync! She will be at the studio full time and teaching a variety of classes and workshops. Welcome back, Suzie!
Sheila Varela
- Sheila holds a B.A. in Communications/Theatre Arts from Suffolk University. She has studied dance, movement and acting for over twenty years. She spent several years on the dance staff of the former Let¹s Dance Studios in Quincy and Weymouth and has performed and assisted with choreography/movement for many Boston area theatres including Centastage, Threshold Theatre, The Nora Theatre, Raven Theatrical and The New Theatre. She currently lives in Milton with her husband Julio and two children, Grace and Miguel. Miss Sheila has been teaching at In Sync for the past 6 years and is looking forward to another great year with In Sync!
