Tuition: Main season runs Sept. – June The seasonal tuition is divided
into 10 equal payments. Tuition has been adjusted for holiday closings. There are no tuition adjustments for absences.
We offer three payment options:
1) Automatic Monthly payments with a credit card
2) Pre-Pay your annual tuition with a check or credit card
3) Pay your seasonal tuition in 2 payments with a check or credit card.
Fees Are Non-Refundable: Registration fees, tuition, show fees, and ticket
fees are non-refundable.
Weather Cancellations: In Sync follows the town school system for
weather cancellations. The entire day of classes is canceled when school is canceled The evening classes are canceled when after-school activities are canceled Please call the studio for confirmation. You WILL NOT receive a phone call.
Picking Up Your Child: Children will not be allowed to wait outside or walk home without a written note from a parent. For the safety of your child, please inform your child’s instructor of any change in who is picking up your child.
Class Observation: Parent’s Peek Week will be scheduled during the year. Children not participating in class should not enter the studio at any time. The In Sync staff is not responsible for supervising siblings and friends of students and cannot ensure their safety. Please enjoy the big screen TV class monitors in the waiting room – there is one for every studio!
Attendance: If your child is unable to attend a regularly scheduled class,
he or she may attend a comparable class during that month. While we are happy to offer this makeup class policy, In Sync does not guarantee a make up class for every student absence.
